The receptionist spoke English so well that I thought I was back in my cozy little English village. The amenities were great, including a terrace for me to sip my tea and laundry facilities to clean my exquisite wardrobe.
The property didn't have a personal butler to cater to my every whim. How distressing!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The bed was super comfortable and the facilities provided were top-notch. They had an ironing board, hairdryer, and even a mini kitchen with a microwave and cutleries. The room and shared bathroom were spotless and very clean. The hotel had a great decoration that gave it a nice feel. The staff were friendly and made me feel welcome. They offered advice on my ongoing travels and the location was close to shopping areas and a variety of restaurants. it was a comfortable and great value stay with excellent facilities.
Nothing to dislike.

The rooms at Silla House are so cozy and comfortable, it feels like a home away from home. I loved the relaxing seating area in each room, perfect for chilling out after a long day of exploring.
Personally, I wasn't a fan of the shared bathroom situation. But I understand that some people might not mind it and it's still a functional and clean space.

The guesthouse was extremely clean and had glorious bedding and linen. the rooms had AC, and there were plenty of shared bathrooms and showers. the breakfast options were good, with tea, coffee, toast, eggs, and instant noodles. the staff was friendly and helpful. the guesthouse offered shuttles to various places, and the WiFi was fast. Each level had a balcony, and the rooftop area was lovely.
Felt great, nothing too much trouble.

The receptionist spoke English really well , and the airport shuttle was a nice touch. The laundry facilities were handy too, in case your clothes get lonely on vacation.
Who needs to sleep anyway? The common area microwave was louder than a rock concert.

The receptionist was super friendly and could speak simple English which made communication easy. The room was exactly like the picture and the bedsheets were clean, which was mind-blowing. The location was great, just around 1km from the train station, and they even offered tuktuk service upon check-in. The private room, dorm, and showers were spotlessly clean, and the breakfast was varied and delicious. The staff were really helpful and the location was central and convenient for exploring the city. The wifi was good and they provided complimentary coffee, tea, and water. The atmosphere was cozy and there was even a quiet time observed from 9pm. it was a perfect place to stay with comfortable beds, clean facilities, and friendly staff. I will definitely come back.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Silla House in Hat Yai. The decoration of the guesthouse was absolutely charming, with beautiful and unique touches that added to the overall ambiance. The common areas, such as the lounge on the second floor, were cozy and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. As a senior woman, I appreciated that the hotel was small and easy to navigate, making it accessible for someone like me. The attention to detail in the decor and layout of the hotel made me feel right at home.
If I were to suggest one improvement for the hotel, it would be the availability of more assistance from the staff for senior guests. While the children working there were friendly and helpful, it would have been nice to have additional support or services tailored specifically for older guests.

I had a great stay at a small, modern, and clean guesthouse in Hat Yai. The double room may have been small, but it was spotlessly clean and had all the necessary amenities. The bed was a bit hard, but since I prefer firm mattresses, it wasn't an issue for me. The communal bathroom and toilet were also small but well-maintained. The inclusion of breakfast, although a small portion, was a nice touch. The guesthouse had a comfortable lounge area and offered complete privacy with curtains that could be closed from all sides. The lockers provided added to the sense of security. The water pressure in the bathroom was good, and the facilities, including an ironing board and hairdryer, were top-notch.
Although there were a few drawbacks, such as the lack of helpful staff and the cleanliness of the bathroom and toilet, my overall impression of the guesthouse was positive. I enjoyed a comfortable stay with my friend and would recommend this place to others seeking a budget-friendly and convenient accommodation near the city center.

For the price we paid, we got great value at this small, cozy boutique hotel in Hat Yai. The room was on the smaller side, but the bed was surprisingly big and comfortable. The staff were incredibly helpful and made sure our stay was enjoyable, even assisting us with arranging trips and transfers.
Breakfast selection could be improved with more variety and options.
